We want you to be fully satisfied with your Red Wing heritage boots; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure boots are only tried on indoors on carpeted surfaces to maintain their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our Amsterdam store support team via email with your order number to request a return authorization and receive your shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots back into their original Red Wing shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Amsterdam

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our Reestraat location, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our experts inspect the quality of the returned leather and soles, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
